# loodsen-agents-demo

A narrated, variable-duration Remotion video for presenting AI agents to Loodsen's administrative
staff. The film is generated from data, which is the point: it shows things that
are impractical to build by hand in PowerPoint or a video editor.

## Story (30 fps, 2700 frames)

## Customising

- `src/data.ts`: viewer names, departments and numbers (**demo values, replace
  them with real ones**), plus the agent log shown in the reveal.
- `src/brand.ts`: colours sampled from loodsen.ru.
- `src/icons.tsx`: the logo mark, traced from the site. Swap in the official
  SVG if you have it.
- `src/time.ts`: scene timings. `src/geometry.ts`: route and buoys on the map.

Fonts (Golos Text, JetBrains Mono) are copied from `mcp/slides/fonts`.

## Озвучка и темп

Сторилайн: поток документов → лоцман упорядочивает поток → записка → задача → отчёт → ответ в LooC → персональный результат → как собран ролик → Лоция.

Текст — `src/voice.ts`, отдельная реплика для каждой сцены и персоны. Числа написаны словами. `LooC` для синтеза записан как «Лук»; произношение требует прослушивания. Исходные числа в `src/data.ts` демонстрационные, не подтверждённая экономия.

Скрипт использует только разрешённый `sudo -n openrouter-tts`; ключи в проект не попадают. MP3 сохраняются в `public/voice`, длительности ffprobe — в `src/voice-manifest.json`. Кэш учитывает текст и голос: после изменения текста повторите запуск. Для пересборки готовых MP3 ключ не нужен.

`src/time.ts` хранит исходную шкалу, `src/playback.ts` — сегменты выходного времени. Длина не меньше 125% исходной и включает реплику плюс секунду паузы. Задержки персональной реплики (130 исходных кадров) и раскрытия редактора (60) рассчитываются с учётом растяжения. Анимации получают дробный исходный кадр; повтор в редакторе по-прежнему использует исходную шкалу. Метаданные Main и Personal рассчитываются отдельно для персоны.

### Текущее ограничение

Синтез через OpenRouter возвращает HTTP 400. Ни один MP3 не создан; голос не выбран, итоговые длительности неизвестны. Main и Personal намеренно останавливаются с понятной ошибкой до генерации манифеста. SilentPreview позволяет проверить только изображение при минимальном замедлении, это не готовый озвученный ролик.
